Any number of closure methods are available, catering to individual familiarity, comfort, and desired placement. Some examples include:

Weight Distribution
Oversized foam shoulder pads distribute carrier weight, improving comfort and attenuating fatigue.
Shoulder pads are covered in our spacer mesh, enhancing breathability.
Resilient foam inserts reliably and repeatably bounce back from compressions.
Shoulder pads lock onto the shoulder straps via a hook and loop trifold closed over the straps, keeping them from twisting and providing a channel for cable management. They have external hook and loop tabs that can be used for accessory attachments.
Cummerbund
Cummerbunds permit easy adjustment for fitment to a broad range of body shapes.
Integrated elastic bands facilitate proper, firm fit without inhibiting breathing or movement.
Incorporated pockets (circled) accept handgun or rifle protection inserts.
